Open QuickLift
QuickLift runs on your computer through its Chrome extension. Open Chrome, choose Extensions, and select QuickLift Work Order Finalizer. If QuickLift is not installed, contact Mark using the details below for the current internal installer.
This page provides instructions. To view your account or connection status, open QuickLift.
Connect or reconnect QuickBooks Online
- Open QuickLift Settings and sign in with your QuickLift account. Complete the authenticator step if prompted.
- Under Account & Connections, enable local integrations if needed.
- Choose Connect QuickBooks or Reconnect QuickBooks.
- In the Intuit window, sign in as an administrator of the QuickBooks company you want to connect. The app is named QLift in Intuit.
- Select the intended company, review the requested access, and authorize the connection. Return to QuickLift and check its connection status.
Each company must be authorized by someone with the appropriate QuickBooks access. You do not need to share your QuickBooks password with Lift Equipment USA staff.
Disconnect QuickBooks Online
The user who connected QLift, or an authorized QuickBooks administrator, can remove its access in QuickBooks Online.
- Open the connected QuickBooks company and go to Integrations → Manage integrations.
- Find QLift. In its action menu, choose Disconnect. If the action is under Settings, open Settings first.
- Complete Intuit's prompts and confirm the disconnection.
Visiting this page does not disconnect an account. Follow the steps above to remove access. Disconnecting does not undo accounting records already created.
